1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing and using the Durango Tennis Pro website and services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, please do not use our website or services.
2. Services
Durango Tennis Pro provides tennis instruction services including but not limited to:
- Private and semi-private tennis lessons
- Group clinics and drills
- Junior and kids tennis camps
- Tennis fitness and conditioning training
- Racquet stringing and equipment services
- Ball machine rental
3. Booking and Cancellation Policy
Lessons and sessions must be booked in advance. We request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may be subject to a cancellation fee equal to the full lesson rate.
Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled at no additional charge. Durango Tennis Pro reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to inclement weather, court availability, or other circumstances beyond our control.
4. Payment Terms
Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. Package rates and camp fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program.
Refunds for unused package sessions or camp withdrawals will be handled on a case-by-case basis. No refunds will be issued for sessions already completed.
5. Assumption of Risk and Liability Waiver
Tennis is a physical activity that carries inherent risks of injury. By participating in our programs, you acknowledge and accept these risks. Participants (or their parents/guardians for minors) are required to sign a liability waiver before beginning instruction.
Durango Tennis Pro is not responsible for injuries, accidents, or loss of personal property that may occur during lessons, clinics, camps, or while using rented equipment.
6. Health and Safety
Participants are expected to be in reasonable physical condition for tennis activity. Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations that may affect your participation. We recommend consulting with a physician before beginning any new exercise program.
Participants must bring adequate water and sun protection. Durango Tennis Pro reserves the right to modify or end a session if conditions are deemed unsafe due to heat, storms, or other hazards.
7. Code of Conduct
All participants are expected to demonstrate good sportsmanship and respect for instructors, fellow players, and facilities. Durango Tennis Pro reserves the right to dismiss any participant whose behavior is disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful, without refund.
8. Minors
Participants under 18 years of age must have a parent or guardian sign all required waivers and consent forms. Parents/guardians are responsible for drop-off and pick-up at scheduled times for camps and group programs.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on the Durango Tennis Pro website, including text, images, logos, and design, is the property of Durango Tennis Pro and protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any content without our written permission.
10. Photography and Media
Durango Tennis Pro may photograph or video record lessons, clinics, and camps for promotional and instructional purposes. By participating in our programs, you consent to the use of such media unless you notify us in writing of your objection.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Durango Tennis Pro shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or participation in our services.
12. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Colorado, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of La Plata County, Colorado.
13. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of our website and services after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
